Arenas To Meet With Stern To Decide NBA Fate
Gilbert Arenas is scheduled to meet face-to-face with NBA commissioner David Stern on Wednesday for the first time since the gun incident that put Arenas’ future with the Washington Wizards in doubt.
Sources say that they meeting was scheduled for noon and he may know his fate by early in the afternoon.
I only hope for Stern’s sake, that there are metal detectors heading into the meeting room. You never know what Gilbert may be packing.
Arenas should never be allowed anywhere near an NBA locker room ever again. Gun toting athletes have no place in any sport.
An NBA locker room is no place for weapons, it’s not the ghetto and his teammates are not his crack slinging homies.
I know a lifetime ban is not going to happen, but in my opinion, it should.
